Winifred Butler

Winifred Butler, age 81, a lifelong resident of Atlanta, died February 7, 2010. She had lived at Briarcliff Oaks for many years. Winifred had served in the U.S. Army in occupied Japan. The daughter of Gay Hartwell Butler and Winnie Spinks Butler, she was also predeceased by her brothers G.H. Butler, Jr. Paul H. Butler, Monroe Butler, and Clyde S. Butler. She is survived by nephew Gary C. Butler and nieces Gay Butler McNemer, Carol Watson Oslin, Marie Butler Neel and Kay Butler Ditchman. Graveside service will be held Friday, February 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta. Arrangements by the Cremation Society of Georgia 404- 355-7627
