For Caregivers
Caregivers can count on us to provide the highest level of care and service.
Whether a death takes place in a hospice care center, hospital, or home you can count on our staff members always being neatly and respectfully attired. We always introduce ourselves to family and/or friends if they are present, and we assess the readiness of those present for the transfer into our care to begin.
If family members or friends are present, we ask if they want to remain present or leave the room as we transfer their loved one. Once we reach the front door of the home, hospice care center or other facility, it is important that we stop and offer those present as much time as they need to say another goodbye. We understand this transition is an important responsibility and a sensitive time.
