Wayne Lamar Waugh

Wayne Lamar Waugh, 70, went to be with our Lord and Savior Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Peachtree Christian Hospice.
Wayne was born in Birmingham, AL on April 17, 1947, to the late William Q.T. Waugh and Jimmie Nell Waugh. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy “Dee” Waugh and sister Lajuana Waugh McLeod.
Wayne was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He had recently retired from TechData in Suwanee, GA, where he worked for 10 years as an Electro-Mechanical Technician. He was an avid reader and enjoyed building computers.
We will have a Celebration of Life for him at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
Keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Prayers for you, LaJuana, and Bruister. I’m so glad I got to see you all and visit with you in April! I love you all!
It was a privilege to have known him..our prayers are with you….
We never met, but I know you.
You were my brothers, brother in law.
Were you kind? I can see it in your eyes.
Were you loved? You bet.
Will you be missed? Like the ocean needs the sea.
Will God welcome you with open arms? He always has.
Dear Wayne Rest in Eternal Peace.
Dearest Dee our Prayers are raised up for you
