Most importantly, Ron was highly skilled in knowing the Word of God, loving His Savior, serving others, and sharing the Gospel. “Ronnie” and I were both 2nd Cousins and childhood playmates.
His Grandfather Edgar Reynolds was the oldest of six Brothers and mine was the youngest – Andrew Hiram Jack Reynolds.
My mother Laura Louise Pat Reynolds Clarke would visit her first Cousin – Ronnie’s mother Phyllis Arlene Reynolds MacRae on weekends in Connecticut quite frequently until the family moved to Florida.
Ronnie and I would play childhood games most of the weekend, but going to church together on Sunday was never missed.
Ronnie visited my home in West Acton Massachusetts when we were about 10 years old for two weeks before returning to Florida after his visit with his MacRae Grandparents in Massachusetts.
The last time I saw Ronnie was in 1957 in FT Lauderdale when our dear Uncle Walter included me in a trip to visit his ailing father Edgar Reynolds.
After this trip I never saw or spoke to Ronnie again. Ronnie was a good kid and from what I hear a good and caring man.
Wow sorry. To hear about Ron! He was a great guy I knew him in Ft Lauderdalr.
