Robert Wayne Russell

Robert Wayne Russell “Bob”, 78, of Loganville, Ga passed away peacefully on February 20, 2018 surrounded by his family. He will be missed by many. He was a loving father, proud grandfather, successful business owner and entrepreneur. Bob touched the lives of many others. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Lloyd Russell; Wife, Carolyn Hilker Russell; Sister, Mary Chastain and Brother John Russell. Some of his fondest memories were his yearly gambling trips with his daughters, nephew Ken Chastain and his best friend Larry Laviola. He will be remembered as a great caring man and a Navy Veteran. After his struggles with cancer and complications from dementia, may he find rest. He is survived by daughters Laura Anderson [Jack] and Gail Conn [Bill], brothers Bill Russell [Faye] and Jim Russell [Allison]; sister Jan Goldstein [George] He is also survived by granddaughters Christina Anderson, Catherine Persson [Henrik], Melissa Conn and Nicole Conn and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life is being planned for a future date.
