Marvin Lawrence Kuhl
Marvin Lawrence Kuhl, 72, of Smyrna, GA, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2024 in his sleep. Marvin was born on November 16, 1951, grew up in Smyrna, with his parents and two sisters. He graduated from Campbell High School in 1969 and was recognized as “Mr. CHS.”
Marvin had an adventurous spirit, an infectious laugh and could tell a great, engaging story. The more crowded a room, the better – whether it was a concert, a reunion, or a restaurant. He had an incredibly compassionate heart to serve others and help those in need.
Marvin loved spending time with friends and family. His love was genuine, and the time spent with him was always memorable. Marvin is survived by two sisters, three children, eight grandchildren, one great grandson, nieces and nephews, many cousins, and many adopted family members that he made his own. He will be greatly missed, but his legacy of love lives on through his family and friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church of Smyrna on Saturday, June 8 at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, consider making a donation to Legacy of Love: Marvin L. Kuhl.
