  4. Becky Rostron says:

Chuck, you have my deepest sympathy on the passing of your dear sister. She was a sweet and loving lady who will be truly missed! May the Lord give you strength as you go through this most difficult time in your life. I enjoyed being with your mother and sister when they volunteered at the VA and what a joy it was talking with them. Your family is very special. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Prayerfully, Becky Rostron (a volunteer at the VA)

  5. Deloris S. Lawson says:

Leona was my little sister by another mother who was a kind and compassionate friend. We had many cherished moments together. I will always hold her close at heart.

Chuck, May God grant you peace and comfort now and in the days ahead.

  6. sandra Poulakos says:

I was so shocked when I heard of Leona’s passing. We all were shocked here at the Canton Senior Center.
She ws the first person I talked with when I first joined and all we talked about was “baseball!”.
May God give you comfort through this time but know she had lots of friends. She was so looking forward to the Rome baseball game.

  7. Faye Bryant Wheeler says:

I am so sorry to hear of Leona passing. She was a precious angel and a sweet soul. Heaven is a better place with her there.
She and I went to Gordon High School and graduated the same year. I saw her last at our 50th reunion and we talked about old time. I was so delighted that she just sent me a birthday and it brought tears to my eyes.

God give you peace during these trying times.

Blessing to you and your family.

    Faye Bryant Wheeler
