My beloved Kimberly, who was my selfless child-birth coach and the first person to hold my son, Nicholas on 05/26/86, 1 month after her birthday in Atlanta, GA. Her sharp sense of humor, her intellectualism, her beauty are all things that I hold in memory. I have several pictures of her, us and others that – amazingly enough – I had just looked at as I took a stroll down memory lane in photo albums recently, before I was made aware of this sad news. I love you Kimberly.

I am so saddened to learn of Kim’s passing. Please stay in touch.
I will miss Kim. I spent a lot of time at the York’s house between 1964-1970. They treated me like part of the family.
Bye, Kim.
