John David Allen

Allen, John David, 82, of Dunwoody GA died November 11, 2015.

Mr. Allen served two years in the army and received an honorable discharge. He had a long career in banking and later became Secretary Treasurer of R.S. Armstrong and Bros. Company before retiring. Mr. Allen was a University of Florida graduate and was an avid football fan.

Mr. Allen is preceded in death by his loving wife of 59 years, Frances Jones Allen, his son Thomas S. Allen and daughter Lisa D. Allen. Survivors are his daughters Deana Allen Ruggles of Conover NC and Laurie E. Allen of Wesley Chapel FL.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
