Born on April 15, 1944, in Massachusetts, Gerald often joked about his birthday coinciding with tax day. He brought a light-hearted spirit to even the most mundane occasions. He approached life with a gentle demeanor, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
An avid lover of animals, Gerald found solace and joy in the company of furry companions. His passion extended to capturing their beauty through his lens as an amateur photographer, finding artistry in the simplicity of everyday moments.
Despite facing hardships throughout his life, Gerald possessed an indomitable spirit. He always managed to piece things together and persevere through adversity. His resilience inspired those around him, demonstrating the power of determination and optimism.
Gerald is survived by his brother, Ron, with whom he shared a bond strengthened by love and mutual support. Together, they navigated life’s challenges and cherished moments of joy.
For years, Gerald called Atlanta, Georgia, his home, finding comfort and belonging in its vibrant community and warm embrace.
