Frances Virginia DeBard

Virginia Skinner DeBard passed away on May 27, 2012 at the age of 89. She has resided in the Atlanta area her entire life. Mrs. Debard is survived by her son, Gus Joe Skinner, Jr. and his wife JoDean, daughter Rebecca Deal and husband, Nalan, granddaughters Stephanie Cope and her husband Joal, the late Allison Deal Brannon, and great granddaughter Madeline Brannon, daughter Brenda Starr Trivett, grandson William Joseph Trivett, his wife Amanda, and great grandaughter Abigail Alisa Trivett.

Mrs. DeBard is also survived by her sisters, Betty Starr, Catherine Crawford, Geraldine Kelly, and several neices and nephew.

She was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Susan G. Komen fund.
