Felix Moszkowicz, aged 88, passed away on January 17, 2017. Born in Lodz, Poland, he was a Holocaust Survivor who became a master tailor, learning his craft at his father’s side. He came to the US after WWII, served in the Army, and then worked in the garment industry, first as a designer and later as a production manager. Felix was predeceased in 2006 by Phyllis, the greatest love of his life and wife of over 50 years. As a devoted husband and loving father, he fiercely protected his family and gave everything to ensure their stability and to give his daughter the childhood that was denied to him. He always opened his home without question and helped others with a glad and generous heart. His capacity to love was great and extended beyond the people he met to the many animals he took care of over his lifetime. He is survived by his daughter Esther. A service will be planned at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Jewish Family and Career Services, 4549 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30338, Attn: Holocaust Survivor Services.

I knew Felix when he was a campground host. He was such a fun loving, active person. He told me about is back ground of being a survivor. I often thought of him and wondered how he was. Lynn Ray
