The young Gordon family were treasured members of our congregation. Andy captured our hearts from the day he was born and remained in our prayers. May God comfort you. Deacons of FCUCC, Burlington
My deepest sympathy to the Gordon Family. My husband and I were very fond of both Andy and James. Rest in Peace, Andy.
Andy was a classmate in high school. He was an intelligent, very caring and gentle person with a warm sense of humor. I am happy that I knew him for even a few short years. My deepest sympathy to his partner and niece.
I first met Andy when I was 13, we where neighbors and became close friends. We often played basketball in his back yard and enjoyed our friendship as neighbors. Some people make impressions on our lives that even though you lose contact with them you never forget them. Andy was that kind of person. I am very saddened to hear of his passing and want to offer his partner and family my condolences.
I am very saddened to hear of Andy’s passing. From the time I first met him, I kept him and James in my thoughts and prayers–they became like family. I will miss Andy so much and also seeing James at Fountainview. May God bless and comfort James and the Gordon family. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
I will always be grateful to Andy for hiring me as his administrative assistant at First Georgia Bank. Andy, you were the only reason I took that job. You were always articulate, professional, and caring towards your staff. My prayers go out to your loved ones who are missing you now. May you “Find rest in God alone. Your hope comes from Him.” Psalm 62:5
