Doyle Carson Drury

Doyle Carson Drury, 52 of Atlanta, GA died Oct. 4, 2018 in his home after a short battle with cancer. He will be remembered for a lifetime of serving churches, from preaching to flower arranging, all over north and south Georgia. He was devoted to loving his congregations, and creating sacred spaces of beauty and grace in every church he served.
Survivors are his parents, Vernon and Ouida Drury; brother and sister-in-law Dwight (Ty) Drury; nieces Holly Drury Humphrey and Lauren (Pete) Amis; sister-in-love April Drury, great nieces
Morgan Humphrey, Riley Amis, great nephews Walker and Wyatt Amis, all of Jesup, GA, and his many friends in Atlanta.
Memorial services celebrating Doyle Carson’s life will be 2 pm Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at All Saints Episcopal Church in Atlanta, GA with a reception following in the fellowship hall. There will also be a memorial service 11 am Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home in Jesup, GA. Please sign the online guestbook at www.rinehartandsons.com. Bobbie La Plante Carson was so loved by many!! he had the biggest heart and was loved deary by many. Now this is her daughter Rhonda I hate that i was never able to meet Carson. I was in Colo. Rest in Peace. He is not suffering any more.
