DANIEL “FATDADDY” JOYNER WAS BORN IN ATLANTA, GA ON APRIL 12, 1946 AND DEPARTED ON FEBRUARY 19, 2020. HE RESIDED IN DACULA, GA WITH HIS WIFE AND WAS 73 YEARS OLD.
MR. JOYNER GRADUATED FROM O’KEEFE HIGH SCHOOL IN ATLANTA, GA. AND WORKED IN THE PRINTING INDUSTRY FOR 40 PLUS YEARS.
MR. JOYNER WAS STATIONED IN GERMANY WHILE SERVING IN THE UNITED STATES ARMY, AND WAS HONORABLE DISCHARGED ON JANUARY 12, 1972. HE WAS AWARDED THE GOOD CONDUCT METAL, NATIONAL DEFENSE METAL AND MARKSMAN (RIFLE).
MR. JOYNER IS SURVIVED BY HIS LOVING WIFE, LINDA, FOR 50 YEARS, SONS CHARLIE (AMY) AND ANDY (KATHLEEN) AND FOUR GRANDCHILDREN, MADISON, MASON, CHARLEY AND SARAH. HE IS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS MOTHER, INEZ PALMER AND FATHER, CHARLES DANIEL, AND SISTER, LAVERNE KIDD..
MR. JOYNER WILL BE CREMATED AND HIS LIFE WILL BE CELEBRATED AT HIS RESIDENCE ON SUNDAY, MARCH 1, 2020 FROM 1:00 – 5:00 P.M.
