Claire Gambol

Claire Gambol Kiernan, 90, was born in New York City on September 12, 1921 and passed away on October 19, 2011. She moved to the Atlanta area in1979 from Akron, Ohio. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed the friendships that she made while living at Hellenic Tower in Dunwoody, GA. She was the best mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law in the world.
She was preceded in death by her sister Stacy Siracusa and brother Owen Kiernan and leaves her sister, Rita Potter of Riverview, FL. She will be dearly missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Ron Noll of Zeeland, MI and her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Alana Gambol of Duluth, GA. She also leaves behind her four grandchildren Heather Noll Mulder Paul of Zeeland, MI, Ron Noll Tammy of Hartland, WI, Kara Gambol Galbraith Marc of Atlanta, GA, and Jamie Gambol Brewer Matthew of Atlanta, GA. She had 9 great grand children Matthew, Rachel, Kristen, and Kenny Mulder, Courtney and Ashley Noll, Evelyn and Ryan Galbraith, and William Brewer. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews.
Claire was a member of the Cremation Society of Georgia and a memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate her life.
The family would like to thank the employees of The Life Care Center of Gwinnett for taking such good care of her the last two years
Alana, I am so sorry about Your Mother In Law. You always talked so fondly of Her. My Prayers are with Your Entire Family at this Time. May God Bless You All.
