Carol Blough Mahokey

Carol Blough Mahokey, 83, a long-time resident of Painesville, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born September 27, 1931 in Wadsworth, Ohio. In 2013, she moved to Atlanta to be near family, and resided at KingsBridge until shortly before her passing. Carol is survived by her sister Debbi Blough of Houston, her 3 children – Lori Leslie and Scott Leslie of Atlanta, and Matt Leslie of Boston – and 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Painesville United Methodist Church, Painesville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations in Carol’s memory be made to Cleveland Sight Center, 1909 E 101st St, Cleveland, OH 44106.
