William (Bill) Robert Taylor, age 89, resident of Atlanta and Tybee Island, GA, passed away on April 8, 2018. He was born in Athens, GA, on August 13, 1928 and was a graduate of the University of Georgia. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Ann Kerr of Savannah, and survived by four children, all of whom loved and admired his spirit and love for life.
