All I can say is a great man passed away, he will be missed by so many, throughout the country.
Bill was a man of honesty loyalty and trust among many of us who knew him, he was a fair man treated all as if he had known them forever.
Now he can be with his first love Lois, and the generation of the three sons will carry on.
He was a father, friend and a mentor for me for over 40 years.
