Walt and Helen were great people and will be missed. I met them in 1957 as an agent for NE. Walt was my mentor and helped me a great deal as many of the other pilots that flew out of New York for Northeast Airlines

I met Walt as a new hire pilot for NEA. We flew many trips together. He was a good man. Our deepest sympathy to Walt and Helen’s family on the deaths of their parents. You are in our prayers.
While we were both Delta pilots, I did not meet Walter until we shared some rounds of golf at the Crystal Falls golf course. I enjoyed Walter’s company and am so sorry for your loss
I flew with Walter back in the 1980’s. He was a kind and gentle man and a gifted pilot. We send our heartfelt condolences to his family for their loss. He will be fondly remembered.
