Thomas Rocky Wade
Rocky Wade, 69 years old of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away December 16, 2019. Surviving loved ones include Daughter Emily Serebrenick, Son Philip Serebrenick, their Mother, Sharon Silver, Brothers, Dusty and Scotty Wade, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and countless friends worldwide.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, December 22, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Manuel’s Tavern, located at 602 North Highland Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30307.
In lieu of Flowers, Rocky requested that a donation be made in his honor to Project Community Connections, 302 Decatur Street, SE., Atlanta, GA 30312, 404-215-9991.

I was late learning about Rocky’s passing. He was larger than life and will be missed!
I had the blessing and pleasure to meet Rocky. He had such a charming personality and was so passionate about the HOME program. I can still recall that first day he was at our property to conduct our annual HOME audit. He enlightened us with his knowledge and was always willing to help. He inspired me to pursue my HCCP designation and he sparked my interest and passion to pursue a career in the affordable housing industry. It’s truly great people like Rocky who come into your life and leave a mark. Please accept my condolences and know I will keep you all in my prayers. Rocky, you will be dearly missed.
Your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember the good times we shared. Rest In Peace, Rocky.

I will always be thankful for Rocky’s expert guidance and assistance with my economic development education. He was a great friend and advisor in the 90’s and I am so sad to learn of his passing!
