Theodore Mercer Lively, “Ted”, 68, lost his battle to Myxofibrosarcoma (cancer) Oct 7th, 2019 with his loved ones with him at his home in Gumlog.

Ted was born Dec 11th. 1950 to the Late Roger “Chico” Lively & the Late Sara Fountain Lively.

Ted has always loved his family, his wife, and he enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was a very understanding and didnt judge anyone. He was loved by many.

Ted met his wife Elizabeth “Liz” Olds Lively and they married Jan 20th, 1989. They were married almost 23 years when she went to be with the Lord on Jan 14th, 2012.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents, his nephew Chris Lively, and his wife Liz Lively.

Ted was survived by his significant other Rachel Riggins and children/spouses. Michelle & Petey McDonald, Jerome Canup & Brandy Ramey all of Gumlog. Shane Bray of Mt. Airy. He has 2 brothers/wives, Roger & Janet Lively. Robert “Robbie” & Sharon Lively. 2 Nephews, Bobby Lively and Christopher Lively. Niece and husband Sissy & David Snider. He has 1 step granddaughter & 1 step grandson. 3 great nephews and 1 great niece. He has 2 good friends Robin
Dawkins and Donald Crump and a bunch of friends so many cant name them all.

Ted was cremated per his wishes.

The family is holding a Memorial in his honor Saturday November 2nd 2019 at 2pm at Christ Fellowship, 3273 Ga-17, Toccoa, GA 30577. Everyone who knew, love, and want to come are welcome.

    Just now seeing this. I worked with Ted and his friend Otis years ago in Taft Louisiana. Sympathy to all his family. He was quite a character..ride high Ted
