SYLVIA PASSED AWAY APRIL 26TH AFTER A SHORT ILLNESS.SHE WAS A NATIVE OF BUFFALO, NEW YORK. SHE RESIDED IN ATLANTA FOR THIRTY FIVE YEARS. SHE ATTENDED OGONTZ COLLEGE. SHE ENJOYED BRIDGE, INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE AND GARDENING. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE JUNIOR LEAGUE AND THE GARRETT CLUB OF BUFFALO. SHE WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER HUSBAND TOM AND SON DAVID. SHE IS SURVIVED BY SONS TOM, JEFF AND GRANDSONS JEFFREY AND THOMAS OF CONCORD, MA. THE FAMILY WOULD LIKE TO THANK HER CAREGIVERS AND HOSPICE ATLANTA. THEY WOULD PARTICULARLY LIKE TO EXPRESS GRATITUDE TO MARTHA BROWN FOR HER YEARS OF SERVICE. THERE WILL BE A MEMORIAL SERVICE MONDAY MAY 23RD AT 2:00 PM AT TRINITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH 3003 HOWELL MILL RD. N.W., ATLANTA, GEORGIA 30327. CONTRIBUTIONS MAY BE MADE TO TRINITY CHURCH OR THE CHARITY OF YOUR CHOICE.

    Tom and Sylvia Street were wonderful neighbors for many years on Hawick Drive in Atlanta. I shall miss seeing Sylvia at Trinity Presbyterian Church. I offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to the entire Street family.

    I just heard the news from Michael. My feelings are with you and Jeff. Your mother was one of a kind. Hopefully, Sylvia and Tom are sharing some cocktails and laughs with Bob and Harriett. Many great times at Depew and the CCB. I remember them fondly.
