I am an old resident of New Canaan and attended St. A’s with Katy Weeks – Sam’s sister. I extend my condolences to the entire weeks family and his dear spouse Amanda. I have everyone in my thoughts and prayers in the days ahead. You have an angel now…..I know because I lost my 59-year old brother two years ago….
Though I lost touch with Sam I always had him in my mind. He was My roomate at Southern Illinois University, He taught me how to drive a stick shift, he stood up at my wedding. Mostly he was a good friend and I will miss him dearly! My condolences to His wife, and family.

I knew sammy. He was good, real good. He was great person to be around. I liked him alot. I wish I would of stayed in touch with him. I miss him.
Sam, I searched for you for years. Emailed but got no response. Have been thinking of you and Amanda forever and always look for your cars when travelling on Robinson Road. I have been thinking of you a lot the last 2 years and asked Sally if she knew what as going on. I found out tonight that you have passé years ago and am in complete shock! Trying to find Amanda but she is as invisible as you have been. Sam, I have always loved you as a special friend and miss you very much but am glad you are at peace. God bless you Sam!
