Ronald Francis Jack, aged 72, born in Boston, Massachusetts and resident of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Jan 6th. He was a retired retail manager.
Ron was kind and generous, with a good sense of humor. He helped with neighborhood projects, served for many years on the HOA board of directors and decorated the yard extensively for Halloween, insisting on full sized candy bars every year for trick-or-treating. Ron had a keen interest in science fiction, especially Star Wars. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge and collection with family and friends, as well as attending fan conventions. Ron also loved Shelties, owning and training many of them over the years.
He is survived by his partner Judy Wilson, Lawrenceville, Georgia; Son: Marshall Jack, White, Georgia; Grandchildren: Nicole Jack, Edgewater Maryland, Austin Jack, White, Georgia; Brother: Robert Jack, Middletown, Maryland; Sister: Mary Pennellatore, Roxbury Massachusetts; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Austin and Mary (Graham) Jack, and his brother, Steven Jack.
No formal services are planned. A gathering of friends and family will be held at a later date.
