I foolishly thought we had all the time in the world to reunite or even chat. Yet, life doesn’t work that way. I will remember my childhood best friend for the rest of my life. Rest well.
There should have been a service or memorial or something so that his friends could have properly said their goodbyes. I haven’t spoken to him in forever but I would’ve made the drive to say goodbye. Shame on his family. May he rest easy in paradise.
