Dale Charles Bennett Jr.

dale bennett jr.

Dale Bennett Jr, age 39, of Dahlonega, passed away on March 31st, 2021. He was born on April 30, 1982 in Atlanta Georgia to Gail and Dale Bennett. He died from an accidental overdose.

He was a consummate sales professional and worked for The Home Depot, Superior Pro, PFG Food Group, and Taylor Construction Company. He was interested in automobile electronics, biking, roller blading, standup comedy, skate boarding, rock concerts, video games, cooking and eating fine cuisine. Pets were close to his heart. He could not pass a stray or injured animal without stopping to bring it home or take it to a veterinarian. He had a Pomeranian named Cloud who he took everywhere with him. He also had two cats named Lou and Blu.

He will be most remembered for his infectious smile, laugh, vibrant personality, and a heart bigger than he was. He was sweet, caring, and a loving individual. Never did he sweat the small stuff, or even the big stuff.

He is survived by his Mother Gail Bennett; Father Dale Bennett, Sr.; Sister Brandy Erwin; Step-Grandmother Barbara Bennett; Aunt Nancy Bennett; and Aunt Linda Bennett

He participated in and embraced the work of Narcotics Anonymous and Celebrate Recovery.

A service dedicated to his life will be announced on his Facebook page in several months.
