  1. Stephanie Patrick says:

    Love you Mom!!!

  2. Melissa Bergeron says:

You were my guide. You have shown me what’s most important in life. I will follow in your footsteps and make you proud. I love you so much. Please always be near. Love you mama. 💖

  3. Rachel Cathey says:

Auntie C you were an angel. Not only have you treated me as one of your own, but you really stepped up when my mama died and filled the mom role that I so desperately needed. I will always remember our random chats about life. Whether it be kids, finances, politics, lottery, fashion, etc., we always had some good laughs. You treated my girls no differently than your own grandkids. They were so sad when I told them mema went to heaven. I have listened to “I hope you dance” by Martina McBride several times this past week. You often told how much that song meant to you and gave me a book and CD when mom died. You were nothing short of fantastic on my eyes. I will forever cherish all of our memories. I love you auntie C!

  4. Rick and Cindy Painter says:

I’m so sorry for your loss. She was way too young to pass away.

  8. Cynthia Elbert says:

Cheryl – I LOVE YOU and miss you dearly. Ooh the times we have shared over these last 23 years……never imagined I would not have you here now. The late night, early morning, mid afternoon conversations I will miss the most. You were there for so many – I can say I am truly blessed to have you eek out some of that time for me. You were an amazing understanding Mom and Grandmom……..and amazing friend. I will forever cherish you.

    YOUR BFF – for eternity!!

  9. Toni Bergeron says:

    Ma,
You were the most amazing and obstinate mother in law anyone could’ve asked for. I am truly lucky to have met you but more so to know you and love you. You have been a guiding light the last 4 years. A huge part of Melissa and I. You have been the words of wisdom, the push we needed, the one to redirect after mistakes. You were so so dear and will be missed daily. The heartbreak may fade over time but your legacy will live on. We will stand and make you proud. We will take the path you would want us to. We will honor you. (And I am sure you will linger and thump me on the head if we make a wrong turn:) ). You are loved Cheryl.

In memory of my friend and coworker Cheryl. I was saddened to hear the news that Cheryl had passed. It reminds us of how fragile life can be and how quickly it can pass. I truly believe Cheryl touched each one of us. It was in her stories, talking of her family, and her cheerful laughter. You will be missed, but you left pleasant memories. God bless your family and loved ones in this time of loss.
