“Cash” was proud of his country and our president. One of his issues he relayed to me was every portrait of the President should be in the library. I did write a letter to some official of Cash’s wants
Dancing with Cash was always fun. Once I made him a birthday cd and the first song as “The Boy From New York City.” He told me he enjoyed that.
Our Senior Center went on a gambling trip and had to literally run from us as we wanted hints from Mr. Cash.
He would call me and we would talk about the center. I loved watching him doing puzzles. Eddie was another friend who enjoyed doing puzzles with Cash.
As I look across the tables to the one he seemed to lay claim to, I know his smiling face lingers.
Watching the strides Cash made getting to the front desk made each of us more vulnerable to life.
To all of his family, my deepest sympathy and may God continue to find peace.
