so sorry for your loss🌹❤
David was a wonderful friend. We shared a love for the flower business. His work was impeccable. I will never forget his beautiful smile and gentle nature. RIP my dear friend. You will be missed.
It’s been some years, but I will always remember the joy you brought to my life. So happy to have been a small part of your life and you will always live on in my heart.
Seeing the Obituary in the Dunwoody Crier made me so sad. I recently found David again at Scottdale Farms and was delighted to once again know how to reach him. We’d made plans for me to bring a group on a tour to Scottsdales and to have him lead a program on ribbon and floral display. I’ve known David for years through David’s Flowers …and working down the row at The Copper Pig. David would bring in designs for our counter and I’ll never forget the photos of the designs he did for Coca Cola. I will keep you in my prayers David and remember you with great fondness. Also, I’ve tried to find Charles Holman Anderson to offer my condolences. …I hope he might see them here.
I’ve known David since we first met at his shop in Dunwoody so many years ago. I recently got to reconnect with him at Scottsdale Farms and was so happy to see him again. He was an amazing talent, and such a sweet and dear person.
Sending prayers to his partner and his family at this very sad time. RIP, David❤️
On 5-10-1974, 15 yr old David & his 16 yr old girlfriend ditched school, took her father’s car without permission & drank illegally at a local campus bar. David drove the car later, lost control, and hit my mother who was walking with a child. She died from multiple injuries. She never got to live the rest of her life, like he apparently did. Nor was he ever brought to trial, thanks to the negligent cops. Maybe god forgave him but I never will.
