Christopher Alan Coleman

Christopher Alan Coleman, 49, passed away suddenly Wednesday, August 26th at his home in Lawrenceville. He was born April 16th, 1971 in Stone Mountain, Ga. He graduated from South Gwinnett High School in 1990. He was employed by Worldwide Tech Services.
Although he believed himself to be shy, he always had a smile for everyone. He played every sport he was able to participate in as a child & teenager. He enjoyed fly fishing and rock climbing (in his younger adult years). He also enjoyed playing golf and cheering on the Florida State Seminoles and Seattle Seahawks, but his family was his biggest enjoyment.
Chris is survived by his wife of 24 years, Keri Gillham Coleman and two daughters, Cheyenne and Kiera, and his father Barney Coleman all of Lawrenceville, paternal grandmother Mary Gaddis of Conyers, and his older brother Bernard Coleman IV of Colorado. Also, his brother-in-law Mike Gillham (Lori) of Florida and in-laws Larry and Janice Gillham of Elberton (formerly Doraville). And many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins on both sides of the family.
Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Coleman, his younger brother Luke Coleman, his paternal grandfather Bernard Hugh Coleman Jr., his paternal step grandfather Walter Gaddis and his maternal grandparents and Eunice & Armus Stonewall McDonald.
A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Chris Coleman will be held at 12 Stone Church, Snellville campus, on Saturday September 26th at 2:00pm.
