Special Requests


We understand that every family has different needs. If there is something special you would like us to arrange, please let our staff know as early in the process as possible. We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.


Delivery & Shipping of Cremated Remains


If you are unable to pick up your loved one's cremated remains in person, we offer options for local hand delivery or USPS shipping.


Hand Delivery - Local (Within 25 Miles) — $50
Cremated remains may be hand-delivered to a residence or other requested location within 25 miles of our office.

USPS Shipping (Outside 25 Miles) — Starting at $75
Cremated remains may be securely packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service in accordance with postal regulations.


Viewing or Witnessing a Cremation


Families may request a brief private viewing or may choose to witness the beginning of the cremation process. These arrangements must be scheduled in advance. Additional costs may apply for additional preparations such as dressing and cosmetics.


Viewing and/or Witnessing a Cremation, 30 Minutes — Starting at $195


Fingerprints


At your request, we can take digital fingerprints of your loved one. If you would like a copy for a keepsake, memorial jewelry, or another personal purpose, please let our staff know. This service is optional and complimentary.


Locks of Hair


By request, a lock of hair may be collected prior to cremation and returned to the family as a keepsake. Please make this request before the cremation takes place. This service is optional and complimentary.


Dividing Cremated Remains


If cremated remains will be shared among family members or placed into multiple urns or keepsakes, our staff can assist with dividing them according to your instructions. Additional urns may potentially incur additional costs.


Other Special Requests
