Venera Clanton

Venera Clanton, 80, of College Park, GA, recently of Chicago, IL, passed away April 23, 2014. She was born February 12, 1934 in Kosciusko, MS to Lucious and Leila Cross. She married her husband of 56 years, Floyd E. Clanton, on September 6, 1957 in Lake County, IN. She is preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and five brothers. She is survived by her husband Floyd E. Clanton, children Diana, Michael and Eric, granddaughter Kaya Marie, sisters; Annie Lois, Evelyn, Elee and Mildred, brothers; Frank Timothy and L.C. Cross. Venera also leaves behind many friends who were like family
