Teresa Maria Bickel

Teresa Bickel, 52, formerly of Nashville, TN, passed away on Sunday April 10, 2011 with her partner Naomi at her side at Northside Hospital. She loved meeting and making new friends. Anyone who knew her would say she was exceptionally funny and enjoyed a good conversation. She took pleasure in photography and made it a hobby. She had a degree in engineering from DeVry University and was employed by Hewlett-Packard. She is preceded in death by her mother, Arlette Bupt. She is survived by her father James, brother Stephen and his wife Becky of Nashville, TN. Teresa is also survived by her loving partner of 12 years, Naomi Hansche and their 4 cats and dog. Words cannot express how much Teresa was loved and will be missed by her countless friends and acquaintances. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday April 13, 2011 for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your local Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, your favorite animal shelter or a charity of you choice.
