Rodger Dennis Rose

Our brother, Rodger Dennis Rose of Atlanta, passed away on February 2, 2023 while in Hospice Care at the age of 68. 

He is preceded in death by his parents William Raymond Rose and Fay Dennis Rose. He leaves behind a sister, Dana Rose Archer (Keith); brother David Allen Rose (Tonia); a nephew Drew Taylor Archer (Taylor) a niece Hannah Rose Archer and two grandnieces Karsyn Rose Archer and Hadley Alice Archer. He also leaves behind his 3 ‘babies’ dogs Dillon, Emy and Higgins.

Dennis graduated from Myers Park High School in Charlotte, NC. He went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina with a finance degree where he played the trumpet in the marching band.
Dennis moved to the Buckhead area of Atlanta in 1984 and resided there until his death.  He was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling and caring for generations of dogs, primarily Bearded Collies. He was employed by Equifax after graduating from college and in later years as a Director of IT by DHL Worldwide.

He will be truly missed by his family and his friends all over the world.
