Robert Henry Belanger was born in Lowell, MA to the late Henry & Eva Belanger. He served in
the Army during the Korean War and was stationed in Worms, Germany, as a Tank Mechanic.

He retired from Delta Airlines after 30 years of service as an aircraft mechanic. He was a
member of St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, a member of the Knights of Columbus Tara
Council, a past Grand Knight and a member of the Fourth Degree Blimiel Assembly.

His passion was flying his Cardinal airplane and working with his hands, building his house and
remodeling old cars and loving his family.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years Helen, daughters Debbie Belanger Gallion of Roanoke ,
VA, Robin Belanger Cobb, Brian Belanger, Scott Belanger all from Atlanta. Eight grandchildren
and six great grandchildren.
