Peggy Roane Gibson

Peggy Roane Gibson, 71, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, November 25, 2017. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on October 9, 1946 to Landon Boyd Roane, Jr. and Doris Starr Roane. She was one of three children. She is predeceased in death by her brother, Landon Boyd Roane, III. She is survived by her beloved husband, James Steward Gibson and her sister Gwen Cobb and husband, Richard. She is also survived by two daughters: Celia King and husband Dan, and Jennifer Fluharty and Husband Craig; and four adored grandchildren: Mackenzie and Peyton King and Patrick and Madelyn Fluharty. A private family service will be held at a future date to honor the blessing she was to all of our lives. In lieu of flowers, donations honoring her can be made to The Susan G.
