Rocket is survived by his wife, Denise High, Sons Thomas High, Bobby High, Justin High, Daughters, Rita Byrd, Michelle White, Heather High, as well as 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He retired from the Clayton County Housing Authority in 2001.
