Maury High Rocket Monroe Born March 17, 1941 died at 69 on June 7, 2010. Rocket is survived by his wife, Denise High, Sons Thomas High, Bobby High, Justin High, Daughters, Rita Byrd, Michelle White, Heather High, as well as 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. He retired from the Clayton County Housing Authority in 2001.
