Margaret Louise Stancil

Margaret Louise Stancil, age 95, of Greensboro, GA, died Friday, August 26, 2022, at Greene-Point Healthcare.

Born in Rayle, Ga., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mary Adams. A born-again Christian, Louise was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Union Point, GA. For most of her life she was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, James W. Stancil; son, Randle Miller; daughter Sandra Miller; and grandson, Ryan Miller. She was survived by her sons, Steve Miller (Nancy) of Greensboro, GA, and James J. Stancil of Milledgeville, GA; two daughters, Yvonne Beasley (Adrian) of Greensboro, GA and Willinda Stancil of Greensboro, GA; five grandchildren, Shay Craig (Bobby), Briana Beasley, Jennifer Stancil, Douglas Stancil, Chris Miller; seven great grandchildren, Julia and Abigail Craig, Gabriella, Angel, Abigail, Sofia, and Alanna Stancil; and several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at a future date at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Forest Park, GA.

Cremation Society of Georgia, Atlanta, Ga. is in charge of the cremation services.
