John Anthony Holway

John Anthony Holway, 85, of Atlanta, GA, passed away on November 20, 2017.

Mr. Holway is preceded in death by his father Robert Holway and mother Marie Kane Holway along with seven brothers and sisters.
Survivors include: Long-time Friend/ Companion Patrick Smith and five children: Anne Holway Lisenbee of Cincinnati OH; John Thaddeus Holway, Lexington, KY; Kate Holway, Molly Holway and Sarah Maslia Galambos of Atlanta. Six Grandchildren and two Great Grandchildren.

Mr. Holway was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a member of Phi Delta Theta. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. In Atlanta, he was involved in the food Catering industry and served as Director of Catering at the Georgian Terrace Hotel. Mr. Holway was a Distinguished member of NACE and ISES, and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
A native of Youngstown, OH, he will be interred at Calvary cemetery in Youngstown.
