Survived by: Kim Thomas (Daughter), David Hetrick (Son), Hunter Hetrick (Grandson), Marilyn Evans (Sister), Nieces Kristy Perkins (Keith Perkins – Children Emily and Noah Perkins) and Sandy Reed(Matt Reed – Children Daniel, Timothy, and Micah), Ed Thomas (son-in-law).
Proceeded in death by his wife Pat Hetrick, and his parents Mildred and Willard Hetrick.
Memorial to be held at a later date.
