Jenny Christine Atkinson

Jenny Christine Atkinson, 54, away on Monday, May 5, 2025 at St. Francis-Emery Hospital in Columbus, GA.  She was born January 31, 1971 in Warren, Ohio, the daughter of Thomas and Jacqueline Atkinson.

She graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in 1989 and went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from ITT Technical College and worked for 25 years at Delphi.

Beside her mother, she is survived by her son Stephen Atkinson of Warren, daughter Samantha (James Kurdziel) Atkinson of Aliquippa, PA, three grandchildren, Alexander, Sadie, and Oliver, fiance Mark Bokina of Columbus, GA, sister Veronica (Jerry) Starr of Warren, nieces Rachel, Evelyn, and Adelyn Baker of Cleveland and nephew Jeremy (Kylee Clark) Starr of Pittsburgh, PA.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas, and brother, Shawn Atkinson.

A celebration of Jenny’s life will be held at a later date.

Jenny was an organ donor.  The family requests all material donations be made to Donate Life America in her name.

Cremation will be handled by Cremation Society of Georgia.
