Jeanette Carr Durand

Jeanette Carr Durand, 95, played her last hand of Bridge on November 1, 2022. She will be laid to rest on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the Marietta National Cemetery beside her husband, Paul.

Jeanette was born in Weirsdale, Florida to Jimmy and Mary Jane Carr.

In 1948, Jeanette met and married Paul Durand. They had two children, Chris and Larry. Jeanette was predeceased by her husband, Paul as well as five of her nine siblings and is survived by her two sons – Chris and Larry and siblings Elizabeth, Gene, Roger, and Yvonne.

Memorial Services are being planned for the week of December 5 at the First Presbyterian Church of Peachtree City. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Jeanette’s name to the First Presbyterian Church of Peachtree City.
