James Victor Gimotty

James Jim V. Gimotty , age 74, of Flowery Branch, GA, died on June 27th 2013 after a courageous fight against lung cancer. Jim was born in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Joseph and Mary Gimotty. Jim was married to his loving wife Pat for 53 years. The couple had three sons Jim, Dan and Jeff wife, Stevie. He was a beloved grandfather to Kayla, Jacob,
Sam, Ben, and Lauren, and great grandfather to Nyla. A 1957 graduate of Cody High school, Jim started his career with Ford Motor Company. While at Ford he obtained his BA from The University of Michigan, and retired from the Plastics Division of General Electric In 1990. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
