Frank Monroe, age 86, passed away Thursday August 20, 2015. Frank is survived by his wife Peggy and 2 daughters Cathleen French and Elizabeth Barrett, 2 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 5th at The First United Methodist Church of McDonough at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Frank Monroe to one of the following: The Alzheimer’s Foundation, The Sacred Journey Hospice Foundation or the Winship Cancer Institute at Emory.
