Dorothy Chandler Hoffner, beloved wife; mother; grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully September 9, 2018.
She was born in Spencer, NC September 15, 1922. Dorothy married Elvin Madison Hoffner of Salisbury, NC who predeceased her. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Hoffner Chandler of Washington, DC and Susan Hoffner Arnold and husband David Arnold of Decatur,GA; granddaughters, Larkin Arnold Bello and husband Matthew Bello of Simpsonville, SC and Laura Chandler and great-grandson Leo Eggerman of Washington, DC.
