Diane Marie Bond

It is with immense sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Diane Marie Bond on September 2.

Born in Albany, Georgia, to Ernest and Ethel Bond, Diane devoted her life to serving others, whether through caring for her family or educating students in her classrooms. Her faith in Christ was a cornerstone of her life, and she found comfort in His promise of eternal life.

The world was a better place because of Diane, and her light will continue to shine through those she leaves behind, including her children, Mary Ann (Jeff) Burrell and David (Anna) Burrell, and her four beloved grandchildren: Daisy, Coraline, Abigail, and Deckard.

A service celebrating Diane’s life will be held on Saturday, October 17, at 10 a.m. at Dunwoody UMC, with a reception to follow. The family welcomes flowers or donations in Diane’s memory to Mission MSA.
