Dean Thomas Smith

Knoxville, Ga. – Dean Thomas Smith, 63, passed away Monday, January 16, 2012. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Bethel United Methodist Church, with the Reverend Tim Luther officiating.

Mr. Smith was a retired electrician, working at RAFB for over 30 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Eubanks Smith and Nadine Kemble Smith.

Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Lynn Smith of Knoxville, and his children Kenneth, Chris, Trina Dennis & Jody Shannon and one grandchild, Tomy. He is also survived by a sister, Rebecca “Becky” Jean Smith and a nephew Billy Grant.

The family will receive friends at the residence located at 1535 Sandy Point Circle in Knoxville immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Central Georgia, 858 High Street, Macon, Ga. 31201
