Betty June Snavely

Betty June Gordon Snavely, born December 3, 1920, and resident of Lilburn, GA for 47 years, passed peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, February 13, 2018. Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Charles V. Snavely. Betty is survived by one sister, Billie Joe Williams of Denver, CO.; four children: Dennis Snavely of McKinney, TX; Gail Taylor and Gary Snavely of Lilburn, GA; and Craig Snavely of Duluth, GA.; seven of eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was a sixty-five-year member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and was an avid Contract Bridge player her whole life. She was a longtime member of All Saints Lutheran Church of Lilburn, GA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10:30am at her church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to All Saints Lutheran Church of Lilburn, GA.
