Samuel Douglas Goldstein

Samuel D. Goldstein, 86, passed away January 16, 2017 in Acworth, GA. He was born on December 26, 1930 in Middleton, NY. Sam was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Muriel Goldstein. He and Muriel were long-time residents of Marietta, GA. A memorial service will be held Monday, January 23, at 2:00 at Due West United Methodist Church, 3956 Due West Road, Marietta, GA with Dr. Tom Davis officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12:30. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
